Travel

Travel Class cabins contain seats with a pitch of 34 inches, in-seat power, telephones and 15 inch seat back screens. The in-flight menu includes Korean dishes Ssambap and Bibimbap and various other cuisines including Western, Chinese and Japanese dishes, depending on the destination. Various snack foods and beverages including wines and beers are also served. Select Asiana Airlines aircraft have audio/video on demand entertainment systems that offer 30 movies and a range of other programs.

Business

Business Class cabins contain seats with a pitch of 60 inches, 166 degrees of recline, in-seat power, telephones and 15 inch personal screens. Passengers are provided blankets, stationary, playing cards and medical supplies. On long haul flights passengers are also given amenity kits containing cosmetics, earplugs, slippers and masks. The in-flight menu includes Korean dishes such as Bibimbap and various other cuisines including Western, Chinese and Japanese dishes, depending on the destination. Various snack foods and beverages including premium champagnes, wines and beers are also served. Asiana Airlines has audio/video on demand entertainment systems that offer 30 movies and a range of other programs.

First Class

First Class cabins contain flat-beds with a pitch of 83 inches, privacy partitions, in-seat power, telephones and 15 inch personal screens. Passengers are provided blankets, duvets, sleepwear, stationery, medical supplies and on long distance flights, Bvlgari amenity kits. The in-flight menu includes restaurant prepared cuisines including Korean, Western, Chinese and Japanese dishes depending on the destination. First Class passengers on long haul flights may pre-select their meal up until 24 hours before the flight. Various snack foods and beverages including premium champagnes, wines, whisky, cognac and Rainforest Alliance tea and coffee are also served. Asiana Airlines has audio/video on demand entertainment systems that offer 30 movies and a range of other programs.

Baggage

Travel Class passengers are allowed 1 piece of 10kg hand luggage, 2 pieces of 23kg (each) checked baggage for flights to the Americas and 1 piece of 20kg checked baggage for all other destinations. Business Class passengers are allowed 2 pieces of 10kg hand luggage, 2 pieces of 32kg (each) checked baggage for flights to the Americas and 1 piece of 30kg checked baggage for all other destinations. First Class passengers are allowed 2 pieces of 10kg hand luggage, 2 pieces of 32kg (each) checked baggage for flights to the Americas and 1 piece of 40kg checked baggage for all other destinations.

Check-in Options

Asiana Airlines offers web check-in from 48 hours to 2 hours before departure. If checking in at the airport Asiana Airlines recommends you arrive at the airport 2 hours before the departure time.

Rewards Program

The Asiana Club rewards program allows members to earn points when they fly with Asiana Airlines, their partner airlines or shop with their affiliated partners including hotels, car hire organizations or other retail companies. Accumulated points can be used towards flights, upgrades, extra baggage and other benefits with Asiana Airlines and their partners.

Lounges

Asiana Airlines has lounges located at Incheon International Airport and Gimpo International Airport. The lounge at Incheon is the airlines premium lounge and includes TV screens, free local calls, computer stations, wireless internet access, a sleeping room, a message machine, a shoe shining machine and shower room. The lounge at Gimpo is designed for Business passenger and includes a PC room and mini bar. First Class passengers, Business Class passengers, Star Alliance Gold members and Asiana Club Platinum, Diamond Plus and Diamond members have access to the lounges.
