Hawaii packages: Shoreline Hotel Waikiki, Aqua Waikiki Pearl, & Miramar at Waikiki - A porterage fee of USD$14 per person roundtrip is payable direct. Hilton Waikiki Beach - A porterage fee of USD$12 per person roundtrip is payable direct. Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa - A mandatory Resort Fee of USD$25 + tax per room per night is payable direct to the hotel. A porterage fee of USD$7 per person roundtrip is payable direct. Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort & Spa - A mandatory Resort Fee of USD$25 + tax per room per night is payable direct to the hotel. A porterage fee of USD$9 per person roundtrip is payable direct. Aston Waikiki Beach Hotel - A mandatory Resort Fee of USD$18.00 + tax per room per night is payable direct to the hotel. Aston Waikiki Sunset - A mandatory resort fee of USD$15 per room per day is payable direct. Porterage fees of USD$15 per person round trip are payable direct.

Bali:Family Deals Accommodation: Package is based on 2 adults & a maximum of 2 children (2-12 years), sharing existing bedding.

Fiji packages: Plantation Island Resort - Vouchers will be valid up to a maximum value FJD$80, limited to 1 per room per stay.

Norfolk Island packages: Anson Bay Lodge - Compulsory car insurance AUD$18 per day payable direct. Credit card bond is required at time of hire. If guests do not have a credit card, a cash bond of AUD$250 will apply.

Samoa packages: The Samoan Outrigger Hotel - Rental Car driver must be over 21 and rate does not include petrol and the Samoan drivers license fee.

Tahiti packages: A City Tax of XPF150 per person per night is payable direct.

Vanuatu packages: Warwick Le Lagon Resort & Spa - A Tourism Levy of AUD1,20 per room per night is to be paid direct to the hotel upon check-out.
