Venue

The USTA Billie Jean National Tennis Center is located in Flushing, a suburb of New York City. There are a total of 22 courts in the grounds, four "show courts" (Arthur Ashe, Louis Armstrong, Grandstand and Court 17), 13 field courts and 5 practice courts.

Arthur Ashe Stadium has 4 general areas where you can sit: Courtside, Luxury Seats, Loge and Promenade.

Courtside

The Courtside seats are the nearest to the court on the lowest level of the stadium, but also the most expensive.   These seats offer unbeatable centre court views and people watching. Most of the boxes are broken down in eight seats per box. Courtside box tickets give you the opportunity of a lifetime to see your favourite players so close, you can see them sweat! Courtside Boxes also give you access to the US Open club restaurants.

Loge
The Loge seats are a little bit higher – somewhere in the middle of the Stadium and are often viewed as the best value for what you see.   Loge boxes are considered by many the best place to sit to really take in the entire perspective of the play. These seats are in the second tier of boxes just above the luxury suite levels, and offer excellent centre court views.

Promenade
The Promenade seats are way up higher in the upper bowl above the Loge seats, however they are the cheapest option.  They offer good centre court views however the Lower portion of the Promenade section is recommended.

Ticket Types

Each year the US Open continues to grow in popularity, and demand for tickets increases. Tickets to certain sessions can sell out very soon after they go on sale.  There are Day Sessions and Night Session ticket types.

Day Sessions

Traditionally during the Day Sessions there are three matches played in Arthur Ashe Stadium. This is subject to both weather and schedule changes. Ultimately, the number of matches is determined by the Referee's Office and is subject to change at any time. There are three different types of Day Session tickets.

Grounds Pass

Grounds GA, or General Admission tickets are sold for the first eight days of the tournament. They do not give ticket holders access to Arthur Ashe Stadium.  These tickets provide first-come, first-served access to come, first-served access to Louis Armstrong Stadium, the Grandstand, Court 17 and all of the field courts.

Louis Armstrong Stadium (Reserved Seating)

Provides an assigned seat in the Loge level of Louis Armstrong Stadium, along with first-come, first-served access to the Grandstand, Court 17 and all of the field courts. Louis Armstrong tickets are only sold for the first nine days of the tournament.

Arthur Ashe Stadium (Reserved Seating)

Provides an assigned seat in the main stadium, along with first-come, first-served access to Louis Armstrong Stadium, the Grandstand, Court 17 and all of the field courts.

Night sessions

There is only one type of night session ticket, with typically two matches played in the Arthur Ashe Stadium.  There are no Grounds passes available for the night sessions

Arthur Ashe Stadium (Reserved Seating)

Provides an assigned seat in the main stadium for any matches scheduled to take place in Arthur Ashe Stadium on a given evening.
