Yoga by the Sea Information
Harmonise body, mind and soul in an oceanic setting with Yoga by the Sea.
Yoga classes are held outdoors at Bondi Icebergs – the natural soundscape, refreshing breeze and waves of oceanic energy enhance the mind, body and soul. In the event of rain, Bondi’s classes are cancelled.
Classes also held indoors at the Tamarama Beach Surf club’s roomy studio, atop the cliffs overlooking the beach. Capturing the breeze off the ocean, the classes are cool in summer and heated in winter.
Open to beginners and visitors. Drop-in classes with no bookings required. Yoga mats provided or bring your own.
