Wat Kunaram Information

Luang Pho Daeng is unusual as it isn't the name of a location in Ko Samui, but rather the name of a monk. Even more unusual is that the monk has been dead for over twenty years. But to make it very unusual is the story behind the monk who passed away whilst meditating and has since mummified in the same position he died in. The Monk is currently in display in Kunaram Temple which describes the story of the monks life and the legend surrounding his death.
