How long does the recruitment process take?

Our recruitment process is fast moving and our recruiters are committed to responding to your application within 5 working days.  We will contact you by email in the first instance. If successful, you’re invited to book in for a phone interview.  During this interview the recruiter will provide you with more detailed information about the position and also ask questions to ensure we are the right fit for each other. From here, if successful, you are invited to the final stage of the recruitment process which is a group assessment interview.

How much should I expect to earn as a Travel Consultant?

The earnings of Flight Centre consultants are among the top on the industry ladder. The structure consists of an annual base salary plus commission to ensure that consultants are financially rewarded for their success.

Will I wear a Flight Centre uniform?

A corporate uniform is compulsory for all employees. You will receive a uniform allowance and have access to our online uniform store. Each year your uniform account will receive a top up so you can spend your money on other things like… travel.
