The role of a Travel Consultant

About the role:
The Travel Consultant role is both challenging and rewarding. You will work directly with clients and suppliers across the world. You will learn about our supplier product offerings, pricing structures and booking processes. This way, when a client walks through the door looking for a holiday, you will be able to provide all the services they require and offer them expert advice.
If you are looking for an exciting career, Flight Centre will provide full industry training and support to ensure you can be the best that you can be! Our retail Travel Consultants get qualified with a NZQA Level 4 Travel qualification (Service IQ) within the first year.

A 'people person' will do well in this role because you need to be able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
