You use our online application form to apply for a current vacancy. This gives you the opportunity to sell yourself and tell us why you think you’d be an unbeatable in the role.  We’ll strive to respond to all applications within 5 working days.


If your application has been successful one of our Recruitment Consultants will contact you for a discussion over the phone. After your phone discussion we may arrange a time to meet you in person where you’ll be able to talk to our Recruiters and find out everything you need to know about Flight Centre. We'll also ask you to complete our online psychometric assessment.

In-flight Service

Our interview format depends on the vacancy you apply for yet each interview has been designed to provide our candidates with a comfortable experience and to ensure on time departure to your new adventure, often one interview is the only ticket you need for take off!

Safety checks

As customary on the plane all security checks are completed before take off, we also will complete our own background checks such reference checks. Depending on the vacancy and level responsibility we may also ask to complete credit and police check.

When you successfully progress through the recruitment stage, we’ll be in touch with a job offer and to organise any training!
