As part of a tour, Jessica recently did a 2-night cruise in Halong Bay, about 2 hours from Hanoi in Vietnam. A dramatic landscape with jutting limestone formations and expansive greenery, it is extremely calm and amazing to explore. The same Vietnamese approach applies onboard with cosy, cool wooden cabins and large communal dining areas with music and a lot of food! Her highlights were having a massage while cruising through the limestone formations in the bay, taking a kayak around the floating villages in the Bay, attending an onboard cooking class and taking an early morning yoga class as the sun rose.
