Trafalgar, Contiki, Insight Vacations Credit terms and conditions: Your Future Travel Credit is for the value of the amount paid for the land portion of the original booked trip and is not redeemable for cash. The Future Travel Credit amount is assigned to the original booking number and can be transferred to another person. To redeem the Future Travel Credit, just give us the booking reference number when calling to make the new reservation departing any time before December 31, 2022. If the new trip or departure is more expensive than the original, you will be responsible for the difference in price; if the new trip or departure is less expensive than the original, a Future Travel Credit will be issued for the difference. Discounts applied to the original booking will be transferred to the new booking up to the value of 15%. These transferred discounts are not combinable with any land promotions available at time of booking the new trip. If discounts of more than 15% are available at time of booking, then the transferred discounts can be removed. Please note that you are responsible for any airline penalties imposed due to trip changes and/or cancellations. All Future Travel Credit terms outlined apply specifically only to Future Travel Credits issued as a result of COVID suspended trips. This offer may be withdrawn at any time and other restrictions may apply. All offers are valid until further notice and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Wendy Wu Tours: Tours departing up to 31 August 2020: If you have booked a group tour departing up to 31 August 2020 you will receive a credit of 100% of monies paid, for you to use towards an alternative tour with a departure date before 31 December 2022, minus any third party payments that are unrecoverable. Third party payments may include but are not limited to: airline fees to reissue, cancel or hold current ticket in credit, visa cost and non-refundable land costs where prepayments have been made and no refund is available. We are working on recovering as much monies as possible and will continue to do so. If you wish to cancel your tour completely with Wendy Wu Tours, our standard terms and conditions will apply. We will endeavour to recover as much monies possible and refund this to you or your travel agent. There are no guarantees on the funds that we will be able to recover. Airfares held in credit have different terms and conditions on when they need to be utilised. We will be in touch to discuss options with you, when we have the full information. We will be contacting all travellers in date of departure order with further information. Intrepid Credits: Tour departing after 31 August 2020: For tours departing after 31 August 2020, normal terms and conditions apply.  If you were booked on a tour that has been suspended due to the pandemic, you will automatically receive a credit of 110% of monies paid (of your deposit or full payment)*. This excludes additional flights or insurance as they will have their own booking conditions. There are two options for redeeming your credit: You can re-book a tour now for a future travel date before 30 September 2022.** You can hold on to your travel credit until you are ready to re-book on a future tour departing before 30 September 2022. *Please note different conditions apply for polar bookings. **Please contact us for more information if you are unsure whether your booking has been affected. If you are booked on a tour that is due to depart from 1 October 2020, there are currently no changes to your trip, and it is currently scheduled to depart as planned. We are monitoring the situation closely, and will notify you directly (via our customer care team or your travel agent) if your tour is suspended.If you want to cancel your booking, you can receive a credit of monies paid (excluding flights or insurance as they will have their own booking conditions) to use on a new tour with a departure date before 30 September 2022. For all future bookings, full payment is now due 21 days prior to the departure date of your tour.
