A range of public buses and trains service the airport regularly. To reach Surfers Paradise, the number 702 bus departs directly in front of the domestic arrivals hall every 30 minutes and runs to Southport via Surfers Paradise. Alternatively, catch the train to Robina Train Station and catch the number 761 bus to Surfers Paradise.
Check-in zones are located on the northern side of Terminal 1.
Money exchange facilities and ATMs can be found at in several areas of the airport. Pre-purchase Australian Dollars in the form of cash or a MasterCard Cash Passport from Travel Money.
Free Wi-fi is available inside the Jetstar Lounge (access conditions apply).
Baby changing rooms are available throughout the airport before and after security. The Jetstar Lounge also has two dedicated kid's areas (access conditions apply)
Lockers available for left baggage can be found at the entrance of the short term car park.
