The Metropolitan Transit Authority provides a convenient and inexpensive service between the airport and downtown Nashville. A ticket to downtown Nashville from the airport costs around $1.70. Buses leave hourly from outside Level 1 of the main terminal building.
Nashville Airport's Rental Car Facility is located a short walk from the terminal building. Companies available include Advantage, Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, National and Thrifty. You can book your car online to guarantee availability.
Check-in counters are located near the Level 3 entrance of the main terminal building.
Currency exchange services are available at Wright Travel in Concourse C, and SunTrust Bank between Concourses A and B. You can also pre-purchase your American dollars in the form of cash or a MasterCard Cash Passport from Travel Money.
The Wright Travel Business Centre in Concourse C offers conference rooms, private workstations, AV equipment, mail services and fax and copy machines. Business travellers can also make use of the airport's WiFi access, VIP lounges and public phones.
WiFi access is available in all public areas of the terminal building. Some areas such as the food court allow 20 minutes of free access. Otherwise, WiFi access is charged at a rate of $7.95 for 24 hours.

American Airlines Admirals Club - The Admirals Club is located in Concourse C across from Gate 11. It is open to international Business and First Class passengers of Oneworld airlines as well as eligible frequent flyer members of these airlines. The lounge offers complimentary beverages and snacks, conference rooms, computers with internet access, complimentary WiFi, showers, music rooms, children's rooms and meals for purchase.
As all flights, both international and domestic, are serviced by the one terminal building, transfers for connecting flights can be done on foot. To make your way to the appropriate area for your connecting flight, simply follow the airport signs after disembarking.
