Declaration

Any grant provided by the Flight Centre NZ Foundation must be used only for the purpose that it was given, within six months of the grant being awarded. If necessary, the recipient will be required to provide relevant receipts and records when required.

Any successful applicants to the Flight Centre NZ Foundation are required to provide a report within six months of the Grant being awards, detailing the benefit to the community.

If the intended initiative does not go ahead, the Flight Centre NZ Foundation will require the grant to be returned in the full amount.

Applications to the Flight Centre NZ Foundation will be considered at the Foundation Committee Meetings held in December, March and June. All applicants whether successful or not will be notified in writing of the decision.

The Flight Centre NZ Foundation Committee Members and Board will decide on the successful applications and funding to be received. The decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Successful applicants must cooperate with the Flight Centre NZ Foundation Committee Members in the publicity and promotion of the Flight Centre NZ Foundation. All information provided by successful applicants can be used by the Foundation for promotional purposes.

All of the information requested and supplied must be true and correct.

The Flight Centre NZ Foundation kindly requests that any successful applicants do not reapply for funding within 12 months, to enable the Foundation to assist other organisations.

An application to the Flight Centre NZ Foundation constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in the grant being withdrawn.
