But the fun doesn't stop there...Heading onto the richly historical Philadelphia, we'll then visit the nation’s capital, to sightsee at The White House, spot dolphins on the Potomac and get a taste of the city’s famous seafood. What next? A speedy flight to theme parks galore in Orlando before finishing things in style, kicking back on the beach and watching the sunset in Miami. This American adventure really does have a little something for everyone.

Miami: Mojitos all round! It’s time to relax with your new buddies and sample some sizzling Cuban fare.
Washington: Help yourself to a meal that helps people in need! The DC Central Kitchen provides hands-on culinary job training for those who face high barriers to employment.

Itinerary / more information

  • Day 1 Welcome to New York! What better way of starting this amazing trip than visiting the Statue of Liberty? We've got a full day of sheer NYC exploration ahead of us. We're talking Hudson Yards, the Highline, Grand Central Station, and even a visit to the World Trade Centre.
  • Day 2 It's time to head across the bridge and get exploring Brooklyn. Made famous by Girls, Gossip Girl and Brooklyn Nine-Nine, this borough is the real deal.
  • Day 3 We have a free day to explore and there's still one bit of the city we haven't seen - Central Park. And what better way than with a bike tour? Or maybe you'd like to take a tour of the LGBTQ+ historical hotspots in the city! In the evening, you'll have the chance to catch a breathtaking Manhattan sunset (from a yacht!). Finally, tonight, you can join us to get a view over the city from the Empire State Building, and cheers to what's been an incredible start, but there's still plenty more to come!
  • Day 4 Well NYC, we came, we saw, we conquered. Next stop Philly! But not before a true American style diner breakfast - we're talking unlimited coffee and pancakes the size of your head. Taking the Amtrak (train) down to Philadelphia will have us arriving early afternoon. That's plenty of time to walk through historic Philly and admire all the landmarks that make this city famous, including the LOVE Monument and the Liberty Bell. Feeling thirsty? Why not join a tour of The Yards brewery for some locally made refreshments? For dinner it's best to indulge in what this city is known for: Philly cheese steaks and whoopie pies!
  • Day 5 Today we head to the political capital of the USA, DC! Jumping back on the Amtrak will have us arriving in no time at all. Head out for a city tour of Washington DC, pointing out the White House, Capitol Building, the Washington Monument and National Mall. After checking in to tonight's accommodation, the night is yours - dinner, drinks, whatever you please!
  • Day 6 A full free day in DC to do it your way is upon you. Whether that means strolling the National Mall, exploring the Smithsonian, kayaking on the Potomac or checking out Union St Market. No matter what you do, remember to keep some space in your tummy for a delicious 'Brown Bag' lunch at DC Central Kitchen that supports a great cause.
  • Day 7 Heading out this morning, we'll make our way to Orlando. Famous for its theme parks. This city also boasts some of the best museums and art galleries in the country. Time to explore on foot and gather ideas of how you're going to spend your free day tomorrow. Get set to experience serious levels of fun and excitement in this land of theme parks and crazy rides..
  • Day 8 Today is your opportunity to visit the epic Universal Studios, where you can visit Diagon Alley, splash around in the vast water park or visit the islands of adventure. There's something for everyone in this dizzying spectacle of rides, film and entertainment.
  • Day 9 A morning coach ride out of Orlando into Miami means plenty of time to relax after a day full of adrenaline. Watch the coastline go by as we make it to our last stop. We'll get to Miami in the late afternoon, and then you're free to pass the time however you like. A dip in the warm Atlantic waters, perhaps? Or going for a stroll and taking in the epic architecture of South Beach? After a good old wander (or sunbathing sesh), we'll meet back in the evening for a mouthwatering Cuban feast.
  • Day 10 Time to say goodbye to your crew. It's been a blast, but all good things must come to an end. With our sun-kissed skin and eyes on the next horizon, it's time to plan our next Contiki. Peru, anyone?
