Travel Bubble - FAQ

Update: 20 September 2021

We want to provide an update for our customers following the news that the Auckland area will move to Alert Level 3 from 11.59pm Tuesday 21 September and the rest of the country will remain at Alert Level 2.  All of our Flight Centre stores in the Auckland area remain physically closed currently.

If you have a booking where your travel date is impacted by these restrictions, a Travel Expert will be in touch to assist you.

Level 3 - Auckland Stores
All stores in the Auckland area will remain physically closed while under Alert Level 3 restrictions. But as always, our virtual doors will remain open, and our Travel Experts are available for you to contact via email and phone.

Level 2 - Rest of New Zealand
With the rest of New Zealand remaining under Alert Level 2, our Flight Centre stores outside of Auckland are open with increased safety and sanitation measures in place.

If you do visit one of our stores outside of Auckland, we have introduced the measures below to ensure you have a safe experience:

  • Social distancing at least a safe, 2m distance from each other
  • Increased cleaning and sanitisation routines
     

We also please ask customers:

  • If you are feeling unwell please stay at home and contact us remotely instead
  • To sign in with the NZ COVID Tracer app before entering the store
  • You must wear a face covering while in our stores
  • Be kind
