Check-in and check-out times vary depending on the hotel or accommodation provider and will be displayed on the hotel information page and at checkout. Some bookings are more flexible than others, so ask your Travel Expert about requesting an early or late check-in or check-out.

We get it, sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel or make changes to your booking. Keep in mind that fees may apply and whether you're eligible to receive a refund will depend on the terms and conditions of your booking.
