Yes. Our Travel Experts specialise in planning trips to, and around, any part of the world. Whether you're looking to embark on a multi-city itinerary, a relaxing cruise around the tropics or to the Arctic Circle, or a hiking tour to Everest Base Camp, our partnerships with many reputable cruise lines and tour operators means we can help tailor-make the globetrotting adventure of your dreams.
If you're paying in-store, we accept these payment methods: credit or debit card, Farmlands Card, cash payments (of less than $10,000 in total per booking), Apple Pay, Google Pay ECA and Flight Centre Gift Cards.
We'll require you to pay a deposit when booking in-store, which will generally secure your booking/seat, and we'll usually require final payment no later than 6 weeks prior to departure. This can be more convenient than booking with us online, where you'll be required to pay the full amount at the time of booking.
We also offer a 6 months interest free payment plan for travel booked in-store only, with a minimum finance amount of $400. Be aware that terms and conditions apply.

Yes, you can change or cancel a booking you made with us by contacting the store where you made the booking.
If you're wanting to change a booking made online, you'll need to contact our Online Customer Support Team. To cancel an online booking visit the 'Manage booking' function on our website or app.
Be aware that in both instances you will be charged change or cancellation fees as per our booking terms and conditions. More information on how to change your booking with Flight Centre can also be found in our Help Centre.
Yes. Our Travel Experts can make mobility assistance and dietary requirement arrangements as part of your booking. Because wheelchair assistance can't be added to online bookings (due to certain airline restrictions and criteria that need to be met) it's important to make such bookings by contacting us in-store. We'll discuss options with you like checking your wheelchair in with your baggage (and using an airport wheelchair) or taking your own chair all the way to boarding where it will be stowed in the aircraft.
You can make requests for specific dietary requirements when booking online or instore. When booking flights in-store, we'll advise the airline of these requirements, and of any allergies, however we can't guarantee that your preferred carrier will cater for them.
For urgent matters after hours you'll need to call Flight Centre's 24/7 Emergency Assistance service rather than our store. Flight Centre provides Emergency Assistance if your booked travel is due to depart in the next 48 hours, or if you're currently in destination and need urgent assistance. We sure do! You can buy Flight Centre Gift Cards in-store or online. If purchasing instore, you’ll be able to choose between a physical Flight Centre Gift Card or an e-gift card that will be emailed to you. You may buy gift cards up to a total value of $4,000 per card instore, or up to $2,000 online. You can then redeem your gift card at any Flight Centre store or online, however when redeeming your gift card online you may only use it to book flights and accommodation stays. Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the time you buy them, and you can redeem up to five gift cards per booking. See our Gift Card Terms of Use to learn more

Absolutely! Our friendly Travel Experts can build you bespoke travel itineraries based on your budget, interests and preferred travel style from multi-city stops to familyfriendly package holidays and adventure tours. Your custom itinerary can include as many flights, hotel stays, tours, cruises and rental cars as you need. We can even help you out with travel insurance. Yes and yes! You can arrange travel insurance policies with one of our Travel Experts for domestic and international travel to cover you for such things as event cancellations, lost documents, lost luggage and travel delays, 24/7 medical assistance, rental car excess and more.
Our Travel Experts can also assist you with international visa requirements. However, it's important to remember that final approval of your visa(s) is granted by the Consulates or Embassies of the country(ies) to which you intend to travel. In the meantime, we recommend that you check Sherpa visa requirements or the SafeTravel website for visa requirements based on your citizenship.
Yes. Credit card surcharges of 2% for Amex, Diners Club and Q Card; and 1.2% for Visa Credit and MasterCard Credit, will apply when paying by credit card. Debit card surcharges of 1.1% for Visa Debit and MasterCard Debit will apply when paying by debit card. A 1.2% merchant fee will also apply when paying by Apple Pay or Google Pay (only available for online bookings).
When applying for Long Term Finance, for example, Q Card, Flight Centre Mastercard, establishment and merchant fees will apply.
Booking online? We charge an Online Booking Fee for flight bookings made online. The Online Booking Fee is determined by the destination, is applied once per booking and is calculated during checkout.
Booking in store? We charge a Travel Expert Service Fee for bookings made with our travel experts in store, via email or over the phone. For more information, click here.
You may be able to earn loyalty points or rewards on eligible travel booked with us. When booking online, you’ll see a place to add your loyalty program or frequent flyer membership details if this is available, or you can ask your Travel Expert for help when booking in-store.
